These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coinhome platform ("Platform"), including the buying and selling of USDT (Tether) and other services provided by Coinhome. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

2. Services Offered
- 2.1. Coinhome allows users to sell USDT (Tether) via ERC-20, BEP-20, and TRC-20 networks.
- 2.2. Users will receive payment in their registered bank account after completing the transaction.
- 2.3. Coinhome offers a higher price for USDT than the market rate, subject to terms and conditions.
3. User Responsibilities
- 3.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and verification is accurate and up-to-date.
- 3.2. You must ensure that the USDT you send to Coinhome is from a legitimate source and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- 3.3. You are responsible for paying any network fees (e.g., gas fees) associated with sending USDT to Coinhome.
- 3.4. You must not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing.
4. Transaction Process
- 4.1. Once you initiate a transaction by sending USDT to Coinhome's wallet address, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed.
- 4.2. Coinhome will process payments to your registered bank account after confirming the receipt of USDT and completing verification.
- 4.3. The price offered for USDT is locked in at the time of transaction initiation and will not be affected by subsequent market fluctuations.
5. Fees and Charges
- 5.1. Coinhome does not charge any hidden fees for selling USDT. However, network fees (e.g., gas fees) may apply depending on the blockchain network used.
- 5.2. Coinhome reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time, with prior notice to users.
6. Limitation of Liability
- 6.1. Coinhome is not responsible for any losses arising from:
- - Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.
- - Delays or failures caused by blockchain network congestion or technical issues.
- - Market fluctuations or changes in the value of USDT.
6.2. Coinhome's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
7. Prohibited Activities
- 7.1. You must not:
- - Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- - Attempt to manipulate the Platform or exploit any vulnerabilities.
- - Share your account credentials with third parties.
7.2. Coinhome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
8. Intellectual Property
- 8.1. All content, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Coinhome and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- 8.2. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Coinhome.
9. Privacy Policy
- 9.1. Your use of the Platform is subject to Coinhome's Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
